We still need your applications sent for your child's school to receive Title 1 money or to help you with ACT/SAT costs, or other benefits you are entitled to receive. If you have problems submitting the Online Application please fill out the application, download it to your desktop. and email the completed form to [email protected]. If you need the Free Adobe Reader you may download it here https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Remember to get your Free/Reduced meal application in even if your child is a Virtual Student.
We encourage you to complete the Free/Reduced application to help benefit your child's school. If your family chooses to apply please complete a "Free and Reduced Meal Price Application Form." The forms can be obtained and returned (completed) to any school office, the Mid-Del Child Nutrition office at 4731 Judy Dr. Del City 73115, fax the completed application to (405)739-1613, or you may complete and submit the online application.
